Croatia yacht charter agencies offer an extensive range of boats (sailboats, powerboats, luxury boats, gullets, super yachts) and many alternatives of charter: bareboat charter, crewed charter, skippered charter. The charter fee takes on charter of a yacht with its equipment and full insurance for the yacht and crew.

Fuel expenses, captain or/and hostess and some other additional services are not included in the charter fee. The chartered yacht with complete equipment can be used only after the payment was regularly placed:
• 30-50% of the charter fee (down payment) upon booking.
• 50-70% of the charter fee four weeks before start of the charter.
You also have to a security down payment, when you are taking over the yacht. Security down payment can be made in immediate payment or charge cards. The security deposit shall be repaid in its total amount, unless there is harm or a defect on the yacht or the equipment, and unless there are no requires filed or announced affecting you by third persons, which are connected to the usage of the yacht. Charter agency is obligated to hand-over at yours disposal entirely equipped, faultless, with full fuel and water tanks in the agreed time and place.

If there is whatsoever ground that chartering company didn’t carry out above-mentioned terms you have a right to ask for money repayment, for the days he has not been utilizing the yacht. Also if the charter agency cannot place the yacht at disposal at the checked point 4 hours afterward the expiration of the time period for the takeover, or offer another, identical or more complete features, you have a right to drop out the contract and demand the complete sum of the charter fee or demand the amount for as many days as he could have not disposed of the yacht. Afterwards taking ownership of the yacht, you shall suffer all cost of the daily berth in the port, or in marina, cost of fuel, oil, water, cleaning and all other requirements.

You are obliged to sail inside the Croatian territorial waters. For leaving Croatian territorial waters you are obligated to ask charter company’s special permission and certificate. You undertake to respect custom and some other regulations and conventions, to take care of the yacht and its equipment and navigate it cautiously and fitting to the rules of a genuine sailing master.

List of persons on board must match to the crew list. The keeping of pets (dogs, cats, birds and similar) on the yacht is not tolerated, unless a past agreement was made in that regard.

The insurance is determined by the terms fixed by the insurer with which yacht is insured.
The yacht crew is insured. Insurance Policy covers all the damages caused by weather or from the some other natural disasters, only not the damages made purposely. Bills for purposely made damages are not limited by down payment; in that example you must make up all expenses induced by damage made on purpose.
The personal belongings are not covered by the insurance policy.

You have to accept the yacht in agreed time and place. When taking over the yacht, you are obligated to control and carefully examine the shape of the yacht and its equipment checking to the inventory list.
The chartering company reserves the right not to give you up the yacht if in the opinion of their representatives you are not adequate for whatsoever grounds to operate on the yacht.
