One little but rich inlet embraces the town of Veli (Big) Losinj at the south-eastern part of the island of Losinj and in the bottom of the mountain St.Ivan’s Hill. Veli Losinj has got about one thousand inhabitants and by size it is the third on that scale among all cities of the islands Cres and Losinj archipelago.
