Camping on the island of Pag – camp Strasko – Novalja
On the island of Pag there are several nice camps and camp Strasko is one of them. You can find it about one kilometre from the city of Novalja, the most powerful tourist place on the island of Pag. This camp lies on area of around 57 ha, 15 ha belongs to a naturist camp (FKK). On this huge area there is space for about 3.500 tents or caravans.
The city of Novalja is well-known for his night life, it is not called – “Croatian Ibiza” for nothing!
The wooded area (Dalmatian oak, olive and pine trees) gives you as much as necessary shady places during summer. Parcels of land are individually arranged so every one has electricity, water connections and of course drainage. Every parcel covers about 120sq metres. The visitors have an opportunity to choose among a spot for camping or a land parcel. Every pitch is close to the beach, toilet and store and of course in shady position.
Camp Strasko gives you also an opportunity of renting mobile home or tent. Here you also have some restaurants, bars, inevitable shops, even the bakery. Even for your children there are some organised entertainment and spare time activities. Offer of restaurants in this camp is very vide from a la carte dishes, ready made meals all the way to grill and stone oven specialities. Two markets will provide you with everything you need, don’t worry. Even the internet access and gas pump is on your disposal in camp Strasko, the same as the service for repair your car or a mobile house. If you have a boat and need a place to tie it up, there is a special place for this also in camp Strasko.
Camp Strasko is straight on the beach which is long about 2 kilometres and is a barer of a blue flag. Beach is partly sandy, but mostly small pebbled. This camp is in possession of one of the most gorgeous beaches on the island of Pag and is very much pride of it.
In this camp is also been taken care of that part of your vacation when you need a bit of animation for you or for your children. Professional animators of this camp are trained to take some good care of you and even for your kids and will give you some time of to enjoy yours hard-earned break.
There are also some music and art workshops, mini disco, mini club and adequately arranged playgrounds for children.
You can play a part in many sport activities and contests the same as take place in games that can bring you some big awards. Eleven tennis courts are a part of camp Strasko, one mini golf court, grounds for table tennis, volley ball, bowling grounds, fitness, rent a bike, scooter and so on and so on…

Even the naturist area of camp Strasko is to be found at very beautiful spot. Wide conifer forest offers its visitors plenty of shade all through summer days.
In Fkk part of the Strasko camp there is excellent restaurant the Gardin that offers home made meals in surroundings so pleasant and relaxing that is hard even to imagine.
Animation for children and adults are organized during the whole day and night. There is little recreational centre and a tobacco shop.
