On the island of Vis there are numerous possibilities for cosy housing when you are on vacation. Here I’ll give you some information about private accommodation – apartments, houses and villas.


Lacković Apartments are to be found right by the cove of Milna, in complex of apartments - Ženka. This part of the island of Vis is very silent and concealed, sheltered by pine trees. To the city of Vis you’ll need about 8 kilometres and about 12 km to the city of Komiža, linked by a recently made road.
Two houses make Lacković Apartments - house Rak (Crab) and the house Riba (Fish). Each has its own water tank and possesses bedroom(s), kitchen, bathroom and inevitable veranda with a sea view. Every single one has their own refrigerator, TV, freezer, cooker and of course all compulsory tableware. Furthermore, there are three barbecues at your disposal and a possibility of bicycle renting. You’ll have to walk about 80 metres to reach the sea and the first beach. First sandy beach is a bit further away, about 800 metres.
Nearest store is 2 kilometres far from the apartments, the same as the closest restaurant (cellar). On the exit from the city of Vis there is also a big supermarket ‘Kerum’.

In the centre of the city of Vis you can find Vojkovic house. The location of the houses is very handy and has all city services very close by, as well as the ferry-boat dock only 50 meters far from the houses. The closest beach is pebbled and not as much as 200 meters far from the Vojkovic house. Vojkovic house is very suitable for visitors with no car because everything you need for a good vacation is almost under your nose – beach, all city facilities and so on.

In the centre of the city of Komiza in close vicinity of a pebble beach is to be found apartments Kuljiš. Apartments Kuljis are made in recently renewed stone house, personalized into a little pleasant family hotel. It has space for maximum 13 individuals. Nearest beach is only 20 metres far from the very apartment.

In the historic heart of the city of Komiza you can find Villa Nonna - a stone house built of the best quality stone brought from the island of Brac. Villa Nonna presents the spirit of past times, but is freshly equipped and just about 10 meters from the sea. Each and every apartment has its own air-condition, safe and electronic locks for doors, sat TV and even mattresses of a high quality. In the bathroom you can find modern equipment and a hair dryer. Villa Nonna has a modern solar system of water heating and water reservoir of its own.

Bay Paraja holds a gorgeous vacation house Bura. It is a residence built in habitual Dalmatian style of architecture on an idyllic spot in peaceful surroundings and with a beach about 15 metres far. The city centre is about 2, 5 km far and the closest grocery on the same distance. On your disposal are also a parking space and even an outside shower in the yard. You also have an option of doing laundry in the house, breakfast or half board arrangement. Owners also sell home-grown produces.
House Andri is to be found in the bay Mala Svitinja. This house is also constructed in conventional style of Dalmatian architecture. It is a solitary house on a beautiful idyllic spot. The centre of the city of Komiza is about 1, 5 kilometres far from the house and the closest beach some 70 metres far.

The village of Rukavac holds a beautiful new house with Damir apartments. Here you’ll have your own shady parking space and in general the whole surrounding of a house is shaded by plants. The sea with the beach, city centre, nearest shop and the restaurant are all on about 800 meters distance from Apartments Damir.
